Curry puff (also known as "Epok-epok") is a small pie consisting of curry with chicken and potatoes in a deep-fried or baked pastry shell. The curry is quite thick to prevent it from oozing out of the snack.
ROTI CANAI
Roti canai is a type of Indian-influenced flatbread found in Malaysia. The dish is composed of dough containing copious amounts of fat, flour and water. The form of fat used is usually ghee (clarified butter). Some people add sweetened condensed milk to the mix.
SATAY
Satay is a dish consisting of small pieces of meat grilled on a skewer and served with a spiced sauce that typically contains peanuts.

Bubur lambuk is chicken porridge with spices and coconut milk.

NASI LEMAK
Nasi lemak is is a Malay fragrant rice dish cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf. Traditionally, nasi lemak is served with a hot spicy sauce (sambal), and usually includes various garnishes, including fresh cucumber slices, small fried anchovies (ikan bilis), roasted peanuts, and hard-boiled or fried egg.
LAKSA

Laksa is a popular spicy noodle soup in the Peranakan cuisine. Laksa consists of rice noodles or rice vermicelli with chicken, prawn or fish, served in spicy soup; either based on rich and spicy curry coconut milk, or based on sour asam (tamarind).
HAINANESE CHICKEN RICE

Hainanese chicken rice consists of steam chicken served with oily rice, minced ginger and onion, salty chili sauce and thick soy sauce.

KUIH SERI MUKA

Seri muka (or Kuih seri muka) is a two-layered dessert with steamed glutinous rice forming the bottom half and a green custard layer made with pandan juice. Coconut milk is a key ingredient in making this kuih (bite size dessert).
BUBUR PULUT HITAM

Bubur pulut hitam is a sweet dessert made from black glutinous rice porridge with coconut milk and palm sugar or cane sugar.
